Training Schedule
The first training
session of the 2010/11 season will be
24 October 2010 at 7.00am.
Men and women train together on
Tuesdays, Thursdays then longer session separately on weekends
- see below schedule.
At training sessions, the coaches will concentrate on
technique, timing and fitness.
Once racing has commenced training sessions with resume
to the below.
MAIN SEASON SCHEDULE
Men's Sessions
Tuesdays: 6.30pm
Thursdays: 6.30pm
Sundays: 7.00am
Women's
Sessions
Tuesdays: 6.30pm
Thursdays: 6.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am
NB: Personal Floatation Devices (PFD's) are required
at all sessions.
As previously advised all members will have to purchase
their own PFD.
